Lastly for your learning....agar app na 10 million ka SAZEW ka share loa hota last years wich roughly would have been 160000plus @ 64 you can easily count the capital gain in just one year where price touch its highest @1200 the capital eeturn alone is more then 10 miilion there are so many such examples of PSX for capital gain

Take the example of SAZEW in last year its capital gain along is more then 1000% slso your analysis does not make any sense to entire focus on dividends...you need to understand market as a complete package on not just ome aspect and keep preaching dividend s...
